A tiny cottage has gone on sale that’s so small the bed folds up and the the toilet is in the garden shed.
The cosy property in the tiny hamlet of Pant Glas, Wales, is nestled between rolling hills which make for stunning views.
However it comes with a number of compromises that most home owners would be used to.
Instead of a full kitchen there’s a larder that has a sink, counters and fridge, but without a water connection or a cooker, Wales Online reports.
There’s also no shower or bath and no room for indoor toilet facilities, as any one who needs to go will have to pop to the outhouse in the shed.
On the plus side while the living room is small it somehow manages to fit a two-seater sofa, armchair and even a wall cupboard and classic Welsh dresser.
There is also a small bedroom which fits a double bed, but one that has to fold up in order to create more space in the daytime.
With space in the rear garden the cottage could potentially be extended into the garden to create a larger kitchen, bedroom and install a shower room.
The home is going to informal tender, which means that potential buyers submit a competitive and private bid by a set date.
The seller decides the then decides which bid to accept and the sale progresses as normal. This means that at the affordable price, the tiny house could be a potential first home.
The cottage is being sold by estate agent Bob Parry, who state that the property is to be sold by informal tender and all tenders must be submitted in writing to their Caernarfon office no later than noon on Friday, November 12.
