The manor house where Adele filmed the video for her hit single Easy on Me has gone on sale for $5.4million Canadian dollars (£3.2million).

The stunning 173-acre vineyard, Domaine Dumont Chapelle Ste-Agnès, is located in Sutton, Québec, a 90-minute drive from Montréal and just a few hours’ drive away from the US border.

The estate includes six buildings, with 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and four powder rooms – more than enough space to recreate visuals from the London-born star’s latest video.

The main manor was built in 1846, but renovated in 1990 and again in 2021, with its red ballroom serving as the backdrop for Adele’s first single from her most recent album 30, released last year.

To mark the room being seen around the world in the video – which has been watched over 200 million times – a portrait of the singer has even been added to one wall, which would be included in the sale for the lucky new owner to cherish.

But the luxurious estate also has plenty to offer beyond fame – other buildings include a garage, outbuilding, guesthouse, working chapel, and castle with an impressive reception room.

The property, which is featured on Top Ten Real Estate Deals, also includes a vineyard with over 7,000 vines and a production facility for making ice and port wine.

We know Ms Adkins likes a rosé (specifically the $24 Whispering Angel variety), and another of the songs on 30 is called I Drink Wine, albeit without mentioning port itself.

Inside, the wine rooms have a French design and lots of beautiful features like vaulted ceilings and terracotta tiles – a perfect place to sip the estate’s produce while you enjoy Adele’s music.

Elsewhere, there are 11,000 trees that are used to produce maple syrup, which could add to your income – something that might be needed if you’ve forked out for this palatial premises.

The estate is listed for $5,499,000 CAD with Engel & Völkers Montréal, and you can view it on their website.
