Job Title: Training Officer
your job is to equip staff with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively.You’ll take a strategic approach to training, assessing the skills and knowledge within an organisation and determining what is needed to grow and retain these skills.
Job Responsibilities / Duties
- Draw up training plans (Monthly, Bi-annually, Quarterly, and yearly) plans and modules.
- Training of new staff or recruits, to be posted out.
- Candidates should possess a University degree or HND
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role or as a teacher
Other Required Skills:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a flair and passion for teaching
- Ability to impact knowledge.
- Very proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tool/package (Ms. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- 26 years and above.
