We are recruiting a Performance Analyst within the Digital team in our IDT (Information & Digital Technology) Directorate to work across the organisation – providing solutions and services that help us to deliver our strategies and goals, all to maximise our meaningful impact and insight to people in crisis in the UK.

What you will be doing

You will be goal oriented and focussed on utilising multi-platform data across all assets within the digital estate to optimise conversion rates. You will implement, collect, analyse, and present meaningful performance data and insight, including user interaction behaviour and user research.

You will help colleagues build an understanding of our diverse audiences and service users providing practical recommendations to meet defined goals.

As well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you will be comfortable with the design and presentation of your recommendations to key stakeholders.

– Visualising and presenting complex data to non-technical audiences is something you enjoy
– You can produce reports from a variety of data sources to provide options and make recommendations
– You have strong knowledge of data analysis, web analytics and visualisation tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Data Studio or Air Table
– Experienced user of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager and other analytical software
