A central London flat which is so small the bed almost touches the kitchen is on the market for more than £1,000 a month.
Any future tenants will have to sleep inches away from the oven in the tiny studio apartment in Earl’s Court, Kensington.
The furnished property is available for £1,083 a month, although this does not even cover all of the bills.
The landlord is even asking for more money if tenants wish to short let the flat from one month, MyLondon reports.
It comes as London rental values bounce back after taking a beating during the pandemic, with data for July showing prices are now 5.7% higher than their December 2020 low.
The average property in Earl’s Court costs £1.15 million, and the average rent in the area is £702 a week, according to estate agents Foxtons.
The one-bedroom flat is also situated in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London’s most expensive borough.
Letting agent Interlet is advertising the furnished flat, which includes a living-work-sleeping-kitchen space and bathroom.
The unusual property on West Cromwell Road also has access to a shared garden and comes with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and kitchen appliances.
An advert for the property on Rightmove says most bills and WiFi are included in the fee.
It also says the flat is within walking distance to Kensington, South Kensington and Holland Park and five minutes from Earl’s Court underground station.
The advert does not include a floor plan of the property.
Interlet was contacted for comment.
It comes after a tiny studio flat situated in one of London’s most desirable locations has just been put on the market for £250,000.
The property located in Orem Court in Bayswater, London, has just one room, which would struggle to fit any more than a single bed, and an adjoining bathroom, not much bigger than a small cupboard.
The fridge freezer is also seen to be blocking the door of the bathroom where it is currently located.
On one side of the flat is a kitchenette comprising of a sink and cooking facilities.
On the other, next to a window showing the views of the city, is the bed.

Nearby, the new owners will have a large variety of eateries to choose from, from restaurants to bistros and quaint cafes.
It also boasts easy links across London, close to Bayswater and Queensway Tube stations with the Central, District and Circle lines.
