Brisbane blogger Bec Hardgrave, posted a recent TikTok sharing the way she makes her 300 calorie KFC Twister ‘fakeaway’ wrap using fresh and affordable ingredients
Bec begins by cooking two Ingham’s Super Crunch Tenders according to the instructions on the box, then creates her mayonnaise.
To a bowl she mixes Praise light Mayonnaise with a tablespoon of pepper and combines them with a spoon.
Then in a separate bowl she mixes fresh coleslaw and sweet chilli sauce.
Bec warms a sourdough wrap and assembles her healthy Twister by smearing the sweet chilli coleslaw mixture to the wrap and placing the chicken tenders on top.
She drizzles the home-made pepper mayo onto the tenders and folds the wrap up ready to enjoy.
The recipe was flooded with praise by foodies who couldn’t wait to try the idea for themselves.
What you’ll need to make a ‘KFC Twister Fakeaway’
This is not the first time Bec has shared a healthy wrap recipe, as earlier this month the blogger also revealed her breakfast wrap recipe.
The ‘low calorie, high protein’ breakfast wrap is only 100 calories and comes complete with bacon, scrambled egg and a hash brown.
She cut the wrap from one edge to the centre, then she filled each quarter with bacon, scrambled eggs, vegetarian sausage and a hash brown. To serve, she simply folded each quarter triangles onto themselves until she had a layered wrap.

She said her breakfast wrap contains a total of 473 calories, 33 grams of protein, 23 grams of fat and 23 grams of carbs.
‘I found these new low calories sourdough wraps – they’re 100 calories each, they’re high in fibre, they’re 9 grams of carbs and have no added sugars,’ the 25-year-old said.
‘I made it into a breakfast wrap with bacon, hash brown, vegetarian sausages and egg, it was so delicious. I ended up adding less than half a teaspoon of sugar-free BBQ sauce. Definitely have to try this one out.’
