Emmerdale viewers are fully aware Al Chapman (Michael Wildman) isn’t Cain Dingle’s (Jeff Hordley) biggest fan, but could Cain be about to try and save his enemy’s life?

Coming up, as Chas (Lucy Pargeter) and Marlon (Mark Charnock) refuse to sign the new pub contract, Gavin (Ben Richards) puts more pressure on Al – he has just two days to get it signed.

Meanwhile, Mackenzie (Lawrence Robb) successfully manages to steal Al’s phone.

Later, a mysterious figure emerges from the shadows and cuts the brakes on Al’s car.

As Al, Kerry (Laura Norton) and Kyle make their way over to the car, Cain is thrown to spot the car leaking – will he stop them getting into the vehicle?

Elsewhere, breaking into Al’s phone, Mackenzie reads through the messages from Gavin and hatches a plan to get some answers.

After meeting up with Cain and Mack, Gavin informs Al about his run-in and how he’s pulling out of the development.

Demanding all of the money back, Gavin threatens Al and his family if he doesn’t get what he wants.

Cain has ended one problem – but has he created another?

Will Gavin murder Al if he doesn’t get the cash in time?
