Butlins guests have been rushed out of one of the holiday parks as Army bomb squads investigate a suspicious package.
The Butlin’s resort in Bognor Regis was evacuated at 7.15am on Tuesday morning.
A police cordon has also been put in place while they deal with the issue, Sussex Live reported.
Explosive ordnance disposal units were also at the scene investigating the device.
A “small controlled explosion” reportedly took place at around 10.20am.

A spokesperson for Sussex Police said: “Police have responded to a report of a suspicious device found in the car park of Butlins, Bognor Regis, at about 7.15am on Tuesday October 5.
“Officers are at the scene assisting an evacuation of guests at the hotel as a precautionary measure and a cordon has been put in place.
“Explosive Ordnance Disposal unit are also at the scene investigating the device.”
