The tragic death of Veteran Nigerian comic actor, Babatunde Omidina popularly known as Baba Suwe, is the most recent death recorded in the month of November. The comic actor died at the age of 63 on Monday, 22nd of November 2021.
The news of his tragic death was confirmed by the President of the Theatre Arts and Motion Picture Producers Association of Nigeria, Mr Latin.
Sani Dangote, the younger brother of the richest man in Africa, Aliko Dangote, died in the United States on the 14th of November 2021, after a long battle with cancer.
Before his tragic death, Sani Dangote had investments in manufacturing, banking, agriculture and oil services.
He was the group vice-president of Dangote Industries Limited, before his death. He died at the age of 64.
Senator Gbenga Aluko
A former governorship aspirant in Ekiti State, Senator Gbenga Aluko was said to have passed away on Saturday, November 20th after slumping in his office in Abuja.
According to the information gathered, the politician was subsequently taken to a hospital but it was already too late.
However, one of his aides told radio Nigeria that Aluko was not sick and didn’t show any symptom of being ill prior to his sudden death. He died at the age 58.
Beats By Jayy
Nigerian music producer, Victor Chujor Idowu, popularly known as Beats By Jayy, died of Covid-19 complications on Saturday, 20th of November. The producer died at the age of 28 and survived by his mother and siblings.
The current world record-holder in the men’s 64kg weightlifting category, Paul Kehinde, also known as Olumi Agberin, died on Thursday, 18th of November after a brief illness. He was 33 years old and was born in Epe, Lagos State.
